It is no secret I love outdoor weddings! I always think the bride and groom of an outdoor wedding are so brave! The Oklahoma weather can be quite crazy, but the weather was just perfect for us!!! I also make it no secret that I love Guthrie! The old town feel, amazing brick roads in the downtown area, and so much more…..I was so excited when Stacey contacted me to cover the big day! She explained the love story that she and Jamie share –  and I was floored at how “meant to be” their story was. Meeting them proved true. So much love and respect these two share. They have an amazing family and are surrounded by so many people who adore them. And, the cutest three little kiddos you ever did see!

I hope the honeymoon was amazing. Thanks so much for the honor of sharing in your wedding. I fought back the tears at the ceremony and just adore the two of you!!!

LOVE IT!

I really, really LOVE shooting in Guthrie….A hop and a skip form the city, but it has an old world charm that I can’t get over! I was so pumped when Dawn wanted to shoot at the Scottish Rite for her bridals! It is an amazing location!!! We got some great shots in her BEAUTIFUL dress! She is beautiful bride and a beautiful person! I just can’t wait for the upcoming wedding! Thanks for a morning of fun, Dawn!

Allison is one of my very last ‘09 seniors to capture. I have been so blessed with some AMAZING seniors this year. All so fun, outgoing, and unique! Allison showed me around her home and acreage last week. It was so fun! We hopped in the golf cart and zoomed around. Shooting on the train tracks, fields, and with her horses. Allison is my kind of girl – outdoorsy and fun loving! She is so beautiful, inside and out. SUCH a bright future ahead of her!!!! I just adore Allison and I hope she adores her sneak peek! Kelly and I met up last week to capture her bridal photos. Her dress was BEAUTIFUL and I was so impressed that she got into it all by herself! What a trooper….I can’t wait for the wedding in just a few weeks….We are going to have a blast! Kelly you are a beautiful bride, can’t wait for the big day!!!

This little guy was TONS of fun! We explored the Botanical Gardens for his 3 year old photo session. And, by explore – I mean EXPLORE! We searched through the tall grass for lions, and checked out all the water for fish. He has quite the little imagination – it was ADORABLE! Coleman stole my heart with those big brown eyes and sweet personality! I had the best time getting to know him and his family better. I can’t wait to meet the new arrival to the family, as Coleman will be a big brother this Winter. Excited for some maternity and newborn photos in the future! My amazing friend, Kelsey is just months away from her big day! She is marring her Danny mid-August, and we had to get the party started with a bridal shower at my place. Nothing is better than having a group of super fun gals over for the afternoon! we had amazing cake (thanks to the wonderful Carolina Cakes) some yummu crush, and played toilet paper bride (one of my personal faves). Kelsey got some AMAZING gifts, even ORANGE appliances. This is one wedding I cannot wait for, and not just because my little sunflower is the flower girl (she gets to wear a brown tutu and brown chucks!!! ahhhh!!!! so excited) but, because I simply ADORE Kels and Danny. You have never met two people more in love. Can’t wait for August, Kels, LOVE YOU!

Sweet little Morgan….I was so excited for my session with Little Miss Morgan ever since I met her at Jackson’s Birthday party a few months back. She is such a little DOLL! Big blue eyes and the sweetest little personality! She is very laid back with such a sweet spirit! Megan was so kind to have me over to their beautiful home. They had some amazing places to capture photos, the backyard was so much fun! I have SO many favorites from this session, had to share a few Thank you guys for sharing your sweet baby girl with Art and Soul! I cannot wait to capture Morgan again!

The wedding of tana and delmar was such a wonderful event!!! Filled with family, friends, and lots of love! I knew we would have a great time long ago, when I shot their engagement photos. You have never more two people more crazy for one another! They are the perfect pair!!! We made a family weekend of it and hit the road down to Hinton for the wedding. The reception took place at Red Rock Canyon, and was a BEAUTIFUL setting for some photos!!!! I love the shots we were able to get just as the sun was going down. Thank you two for so much fun! I even got a dance of my own at the reception  - it was the best! Love you guys, enjoy your sneak peek!
