I was so excited to meet these sweet boys a few weeks back. They were up from dallas for the wedding of their uncle and we were able to get in a session with the two of them as well. bright and early and pretty chilly out, but these two were full of smiles and giggles! Such sweeties! They were posing it up big time and I was loving every second of it! You know what they say, “boys will be boys” and it was too adorable! Thanks Mary for sharing your sweet sons. It has been quite some time since i shot out a personal post, so I had to share a few photos of my little sunflower before halloween. she was quite the pumpkin picker this year. Actually she loved THROWING them of all things. It was pretty funny, but I was worried one might bust so we had to put a stop to that. We ventured out with our pals, priscila and baby mia in search of the perfect pumpkins. we found (after many wrong turns and a tank of gas) chesters pumpkin patch. it was totally worth the drive!!! goats and animals all over the place and even a hay ride. the girls were in heaven! auburn was a pro on her pony ride and wanted to stay on forever! it was a great afternoon! happy halloween to all! have fun trick-or-treating! auburn is going to be a little indian girl, and gets two night of halloween fun, so stay tuned for photos of all that

I wish words could explain how much I adore this family. Talk about sticking with me from the beginning. I have the pleasure of calling little alex “my first real client” I met them at a little park in Norman five year ago now for my first photography session. Man, how time flies! Alex and I have  very special bond. She can crack me up like no other! every year for family photos she has a one liner that sticks in my head the entire following year. She is full of personality and spunk! she is a little artist herself and makes my day when she says things like “when I grow up I want to be an artist like angel”  I could just eat her up she is so much fun! And, no other dad but billie would let us put a yellow flower in his hair for a family shot gotta love a never grumpy dad last but no least candace….she has the biggest heart you will ever see. will do anything for anyone. the BEST mom ever. so funny and patient with her sweet girl. I love seeing the two of them together. It sure shows me what I have to look forward to with auburn. the good and the bad, right candace. the two of us could talk all day about our girlies. nothing like being the mother of a daughter…..Thank you mcginnis family for being art and soul’s biggest fans! thank you for the pleasure of capturing your family for so many years! I just love you all to pieces…..

I had such a great time capturing this beautiful family! seeing the fun spirits they all had and love for each other was just great! They were up for lots of fun and total pros in front of the camera. we made our way around red cup square for some hip – urban shots. I just have so many favorites from this session. I adored how unique and bright the girls were dressed and how much style the guys had as well. Each and every family member is so unique and happy. It was great getting to know them all better. I love seeing the relationships that families have and capturing the little moments that tell the true story of a family. I just adore little sweet Sydni! I had the pleasure of capturing her one year photos and was so excited to see her again! Stephanie is the mother of two beautiful girls! she contacted me to capture some photos of the newest addition, addison. she is such a beauty! Look at those eyes, they just sparkle! I was so excited to meet this family and sad to see them go as they travel out of oklahoma with the military. Excited to hear about their future adventures. Jacob has proudly served in the military for some time now and missed much of his older daughter’s first year of life. I was so glad to see him snuggled up with his new baby girl and hope he gets lots of time to spend with his family. I thank him for his service and stephanie is such a trooper herself….It is amazing to meet all the beautiful and strong families out there. I just love the cook family! I have been capturing their family photos for years now and loving every year of it! This family looks like they walked straight out of  gap ad. beautiful read hair with the green they sported this year just made me smile! I have lots and lots of favorites, it was hard to choose just a few. Ben and Hedi are always great little models for me and this year katie joined in a hammed it up for me! we made our way around norman and had just the best time. by the end I had totally wore these three out, but I just can’t help but get a zillion shots of them they are so cute! Where do I start….I just LOVE this couple! They are so full of life and know how to make each other laugh….When I first met this couple I knew we would hit it off right away. We had the best time making our way around Norman for engagement shots…I could not believe how many fun backgrounds we found. It was perfect! I am so excited for the august 2010 wedding of these two.
