I have been blessed to have a 2009 full of amazing clients and some of the most amazing are my sweet little newborns…..Filling my heart with so much happiness! Little Madeleine is so adorable! I have had the pleasure of capturing her big brother – the amazing coleman – for the past year and he stole my heart long ago! I was so excited to meet his little sister. This is one of the cutest little families you have ever seen! We worked hard for this first shot, and I love it SO MUCH! Meet brand new little Olivia…..She will go by “Livi” and she is just the sweetest little girl ever. I really was in heaven capturing her. She had the cutest little lips, and would make the sweetest expressions. She would stick out that bottom lip and it would melt our heart! I love so many of the shots we got it was hard to pick just a few to share. So wonderful to meet thos family and congrats on your beautiful new baby girl! What a wonderful christmas gift!

Before the holidays I had a chance to photograph this sweet kiddos! They were nothing but fun as they ran, chased, and giggles their way through our session. It was a blast to meet the whole gang! Mom had some adorable outfits for them, including CAPES! I HAVE to get auburn one….She would be all over it! Thanks so much for the pleasure of capturing your wonderful kiddos, Alee! Loved this little guy so much! He was soooooo good to me….Slept so well and gave us some sweet smiles….He has THE CUTEST big sister ever and we became buddies very fast – she was on my lap wanting me to read her stories. So adorable!! This week is FILLED with newborn’s and I can’t wait. I get in some major snuggle time with these sweet little ones. Life is good! Thanks for sharing sweet kingston with art and soul! he is beyond adorable!

Kathy is a beautiful 2010 senior that just had me cracking up the entire session! we shot back before this crazy cold came rolling through and these pics make me miss fall…..so much. I love winter, don’t get me wrong….who does not love breaking out the uggs and comfy sweaters, but seriously  - love me some fall!!!! we went up and down classen for these shots and I swear….I love classen for so many reasons. Some super fun places to shoot. Kathy, thanks for being the best!!! you are such a beautiful – free-spirited soul and I enjoyed so much getting to know you!

I just love these two….So much fun and so in love! I am super excited to capture their upcoming wedding…..We made our way up to Guthrie for their engagement session and I just love how the shots turned out. They have such a holiday feel to them….It was bitter cold out, but we were so deep in conversation and laughing it up that we hardly noticed I could shoot in Guthrie all day long. it was night time out by this point, but the good ole’ canon 5D mark II was not about to let me down…

As much as I adore shooting at my studio, there is something to be said shooting at the home of a client. Seeing a part of their world and feeling some welcomed into the family. I could not wait to shoot this little guy after the wonderful maternity session a few months back. Merry is such a wonderful and natural mother. They just recently moved into a historical crown heights home and it was oozing with character (I am quite the lover of old homes) It was so neat to know that no matter where the road takes this family, they will always have shots in their very first home as a new family. Sweet Mia visiting my a short while ago for her newborn photos and my how she had grown when I saw her a few weeks back at her 6 month session. She is SO ADORABLE! She is beyond loved my her momma and daddy. They just can’t get enough of her and neither could I….I am so excited to continue capturing little mia in her first year of life and beyond. She is something special!

All snowed in on christmas eve here in okc! we made the most of the day with gingerbread house making! Auburn loved decorating (and eating) all the house candy She is SUPER excited for Santa’s visit tomorrow and is coloring him a picture as I type….I love that she understands christmas this year and see the next few years being so fun as she fills with excitement about the season! Two different newborn’s on two different days, but I am blogging them together so mom’s can get a sneak peek of their little guys. Thought it was cute they both has names starting with “H”. These two baby boys were so very good to me at our newborn session. I had a week or so of newborn’s that did not want to sleep at all for me, so getting some shots of these two all curled up and sleepy was great! I sure do love me some newborn’s….Nothing cuter!
