my sweet and precious son…..we wait and wait to have you home with us. dream of your sweet smile and little giggles. we stare into your loving eyes and see your future. our future. our path was always you. thank you for showing us the way. you have taught us all so much in this journey to you. we are kinder. we are more understanding. our hearts are opened even wider to all things in the world and all people on this earth.  i wake up at night just to look at your face once more and send up prayers for your safety and health. your big sister talks about you like you are already here. get ready, baby boy, she is going to smother you in love, even though she has already classified what toys you are “not allowed” to play with…in true big sister fashion :) we have been preparing you a space all your own. making it as unique as you are. your daddy loves you so much. taking HOURS and HOURS on your striped ceiling. showing his love in actions and faith. oh, sweet boy, his love will amaze you. he is the best man there is. he will snuggle you – love you – take you fishing and spend every second building you up. i should know, he has been doing it for me over half my life.  so many things are still unknown on when we can bring you home. paperwork…more paperwork…and, then more paperwork.  just know we will fight for you. we won’t give up. we will do everything possible to get you home to your family. no more sleeping on cement floors. no more hoping for a fully belly. no more. no more. you are our heart. you are our son. thank you for blessing us so much already.

the frame will be a classic black with b&w photo already inside for you when it is shipped to your doorstep. the best photo of your session will be selected for the frame. this is a wonderful custom piece to treasure along with your cd. this price of this mini will be $250. that price includes the fully edited cd, copyright release, 8×10 luxe frame in black and the photo inside. tax and shipping rates are also included so no need to worry about that. since we will be shooting outdoors we will have to shoot during good lighting times and there is always the possibility of reschedule if the weather is not permitting on your session date and time.

I’ve decided to write about our adoption journey on my photography blog simply because I am familiar with the layout and keeping two blogs up proved to be something i just didn’t do :) things are moving along quite nice in the adoption…..we received the medical report for our little man and he is perfect. We were pleasantly  surprised at how in depth the medical report was….made us very glad he is being looked after so well. small at the time being, but we know once we get him home we can get some chub on him fast. We still are keeping his info offline (no photos, age info, ect.) until we finish court. We just received our adoption decree and now move on to his visa being processed. we are researching travel, starting his nursery, and planning for our family of four :) auburn talks about him like he is here. shows us how she will hold him and things she will teach him. asks lots of questions about adoption and amazes me everyday with her little heart so pure and loving. she has been getting lots of  ”big sister” practice with her baby cousin JJ who she adores……we continue to send all the love prayers we can to our sweet baby boy…we would love if you sent him some too! thanks for the constant love and support! I am amazed how many are following our journey. each and every client i meet asks about our little man, some even bringing gifts for him! he is so loved by so many and he is not even home yet :) we love you sweet boy. come home to us soon. soon.
